Garanti Bank launches Garanti Online for Companies
May 15, 2008 - Garanti Online, the internet banking service, is now available also for companies. By accessing it, corporate customers may manage accounts quickly, may open new accounts (6 foreign currencies), may make foreign exchanges, intra-bank and inter-bank transfers, payments to suppliers, may view online account balances and transactions carried out, and may print account statements.
Garanti Online uses state-of-the-art coding and authentication technology (128 bit SSL), allowing customers to make highly secured on line transactions. Entities may access this service from any computer connected to Internet, based on a user name, password and the Ciframatic device (offered for free by the Bank) generating one-time passwords whenever the service is accessed. No subscription or service activation fees are charged, while transactions' costs are up to 50% less than the ones charged at the bank's counter.
