Partnership between EximBank and Garanti Bank
July 3, 2008 – EximBank and Garanti Bank concluded a partnership agreement based on which the two banks will cooperate for financing projects of priority areas, the ones for SME development, as well as export business.
EximBank will offer Garanti Bank clients specific and unique products on the Romanian banking market, mainly consisting in collaterals and insurance. EximBank collaterals will be added to companies’ own collaterals submitted for obtaining a loan and cover up to 80% of its value, while insurance products address Romanian exporters entering emerging markets, EximBank policies covering up to 85% of repayment risk of export contracts.
