Garanti Bank decreases the interest rates of loans for individuals
Garanti Bank lowers the interest rates of loans for individuals denominated in RON and EUR. The new interest rates will be applied for all loans granted starting with April 13th, 2009.
For housing loan, the new interest rate is 8.94% for EUR (DAE 10.89%) and 17.76% for RON (DAE 21.15%). The new interest rate of mortgage loan for constructions is 10.14% for EUR (DAE 10.89%) and 18.96% for RON (DAE 21.15%).
The interest rate for general purpose loan with real guarantees decreased to 9.06% for EUR (DAE 11.69%) and 18.54% for RON (DAE 22.83%). The general purpose loan has a new interest rate of 12.12% for EUR (DAE 17,16%) and 18.48% for RON (DAE 24.86%).
