Garanti Bank extends the working schedule on Saturdays for two agencies
18.02.2010 – Garanti Bank launched a pilot project for extending agencies’ working schedule on Saturdays. The first stage of this project is carried out during February 15th – May 15th 2010 and includes Magheru and Pipera agencies. These two agencies will keep their normal working schedule during the week (9:00 – 17:00) and will be also opened on Saturdays, between 11:00 – 16:00 hrs.
“We launched this pilot project following the increasing requests received from our customers to extend the banking hours also during week-end days, when they may allocate more time for their personal financial transactions. We are glad that we can meet this need by extending the working schedule initially for two agencies in Bucharest: Magheru and Pipera. We chose these two agencies due to the intense traffic that we registered in these areas. When the pilot project will end we will consider to extend the project to other agencies in Bucharest or other major cities in the country, depending on the results obtained during the test period.” Murat Atay, General Manager of Garanti Bank, stated.
