Garanti Bank launched the cash payment service for COSMOTE Romania invoices
06.04.2010 – Starting April 1st, 2010, Garanti Bank offers COSMOTE customers the possibility of paying their invoices for telecommunication services in cash at the bank’s counters, within all 51 agencies in the country.
The new service is offered without any extra charge to COSMOTE subscribers, individuals or entities, customers of Garanti Bank or not. They now have the option of paying both own invoices, as well as the ones issued to other subscribers. The payment may be carried out easily and quickly, based on the invoice.
“We have extended the cash payment service at the bank’s counters also for COSMOTE invoices in order to facilitate the invoice payment through Garanti Bank agency network to the subscribers of this telecommunications operator. At the same time, COSMOTE subscribers who are also customers of the bank will be able to optimize their monthly payment operations, by a simple visit to the bank.”, Murat Atay, General Manager of Garanti Bank, stated.

Subsequently, Garanti Bank will extend the payment methods of COSMOTE invoices by adding other channels such as ATMs, internet banking and direct debit.
