Direct Debit

The Direct Debit service offered by GarantiBank provides you a modern and simple way to pay your monthly bills without worrying anymore about their due date. By using Direct Debit service, GarantiBank will pay on your behalf the invoices to suppliers, based on previous agreements concluded with them.

The service is available for both individuals and companies that have opened a current account in RON or already acquired a credit card issued by GarantiBank.

How does the service work:

• Visit the nearest GarantiBank agency and ask for the Direct Debit Mandate.
• Complete the Direct Debit Mandate and select the desired utility provider in order to allow the bank to pay the bills on your behalf.
• You will continue to receive at the correspondence address the invoices issued by the suppliers selected for Direct Debit.
• On maturity, GarantiBank will withdraw from your current account or credit card an amount equal to the invoice value, which will be sent directly to the utility provider's account.

• The service is provided free of charge by the bank for the following suppliers: Cosmote, Electrica, Romtelecom, Vodafone.
