Garanti Online with Ciframatic

Entering the online branch with your Ciframatic

• Enter your customer ID and password on the Garanti Bank online branch entry page and press "ENTER".
• Press the button marked with an arrow at the bottom right of the Ciframatic’s keypad.
• When the word "PIN" appears, enter the 4-digit Ciframatic PIN code that you defined. If you enter this number incorrectly five times in a row, your Ciframatic will be blocked for your own protection.
• "APPLI _" will appear on the screen of the Ciframatic. Press the Ciframatic’s "1" key and a six-digit one-time password will appear. Enter this number as your PIN on the online branch entry page and press the "ENTER" button. This will allow you to enter the online branch.

Important!

• Never let anyone else use your Ciframatic and keep it with you at all times.
• If your Ciframatic is lost or stolen, call 0 800 80 1234 immediately and deactivate it.
• Your Ciframatic PIN code should not be something that is easily guessed (like your birthday) and it should consist of identical or consecutive digits. Never reveal the PIN code to anybody, not even to employees of Garanti Bank.
• Never reveal the single-use passwords generated by Ciframatic to anybody, not even to employees of Garanti Bank.
