Security Settings

Thanks to Garanti Online Branch’s security settings, you can set your transaction security settings to give you greater control over them. You can access your security definitions on the online branch from the "Security settings" option on the "Settings" menu. There are five options under Security settings:

Period Settings

You can shut down your Garanti Online temporarily or between dates that you have specified or make the Garanti Online available during specific days of the week or specific hours.

Prevent money transfers

If you want to prevent money from being transferred from your account via the online branch, you can prevent transfers to other GarantiBank accounts as well as EFT and SWIFT transfers as you wish.

Set Transaction Limits

You can set daily limits for money transfers via the online branch. The daily limit is the total maximum amount that can be transferred in one 24-hour period.

Define Accounts and Cards

You can specify accounts and cards that you don’t want to be allowed to perform transactions on the online branch and even prevent them from being displayed at all.
