Real time payments

By using the internet banking service, Garanti Online, you can now enjoy the only real time payments system through which your payments reach the recipient immediately. This system is available 24h a day, 7 days a week allowing you to make your payments anytime you want, from any computer connected to Internet.

Through "Utility and Invoice Pay" menu you may make the following real time transactions:

• Payment of regular bills
• Recharging pre-paid  mobile telephony card

Payment of regular bills

Monthly bills have never been easier to pay.

If you do not want to  worry anymore about your monthly bills due date, you may authorize the bank to make these payments on your behalf via a Direct Debit mandate, based on previous agreements concluded with certain suppliers. All you have to do is choose "Direct Debit" from "Utility Payments" sub-menu and select the supplier with whom you want to conclude a new electronic mandate. Thus, Garanti Bank will withdraw from your account each month, at the due date, an amount equal to the invoice value and will automatically transfer it to the respective provider’s account.

If you want to kep track of each of your monthly payments, you may choose another option from "Utility Payments" sub-menu, called "Invoice Payment ", where you have to introduce only your phone number or subscriber code, in order for the payment to be made instantly.

Payments may be made from the current account or from Bonus Card limit, depending on the settings you previously made.

Recharging pre-paid mobile telephony card

You may select „Mobile Top-Up” option from „Utility and Invoice Pay” menu and  introduce the mobile phone  number to which you wish to add extra credit, as well as the recharge value (minimum 4 euro).

The recharge value may be withdrawn from your current account or from your Bonus Card  limit, depending on the settings previously made.
