• Minimum amount: EUR 20,000 for construction loans and EUR 10,000 for modernisation loans.
• Advance: minimum 10% of the project value for RON loans and minimum 20% of the project value for loans in foreign currencies.
• Term of up to 360 months for construction loans and 240 months for modernisation loans.
• Loans are granted in RON or foreign currency (EUR, USD, CHF).
• The construction works may be executed using an authorized construction company or by own means.
• Guarantees: 1st rank mortgage on the building to be constructed / modernised and on the related land.
