Through the Refinancing Loans, Garanti Bank offers you the opportunity of refinancing into only one product all your loans from other banks. This way, you will pay only one monthly installment, to only one bank, and, why not, depending on your revenues, you may benefit of an extra amount of money. All these are accessible with advantageous conditions and on an extended reimbursement period of maximum 30 years.
In addition, you benefit from the cut-off of all fees and free evaluation of the property used as collateral for the loans contracted until 30.06.2011.
General purpose loan with collaterals for refinancing / debt consolidation features:
- Granted in EUR and RON.
- Maximum amount: 300.000 EUR or the equivalent in RON.
- May be used for refinancing one or more types of loans, with the possibility of supplementing the initial amount.
- Maximum repayment period is 360 months.
- The loan is secured against an immovable asset.
- Home insurance is required.
- Garanti Bank offers free life insurance.
- Annual interest rate: 7.29% for EUR loans and 11.40% for the RON loans.
- APR: 7.54% for EUR loans and 12.02% for the RON loans.
- Evaluation of the property used as collateral: 0
- File analysis fee: 0.
- Monthly fee: 0.
Housing loan for refinancing / debt consolidation features:
- Granted in EUR and RON.
- There is no maximum amount.
- May be used for refinancing one or more housing loans.
- Maximum repayment period is 360 months.
- The loan is secured against an immovable asset.
- Home insurance is required.
- Garanti Bank offers free life insurance.
- Annual interest rate: 6.33% for EUR loans and 10.38% for the RON loans.
- APR: 6.52% for EUR loans and 10.89% for the RON loans.
- Evaluation of the property used as collateral: 0
- File analysis fee: 0.
